Tshhwane Bahlali Dudula sal vandag ‘n optog hou om te betoog teen die aanstelling van buitelanders in werksposte.
Die Tshwane-metropolisie het ‘n waarskuwing uitgereik aan motoriste om hul roetes te beplan vanaf 09:00 tot om ongeveer 13:30.
Die optog wat deurentyd gemonitor sal word, begin in Pretoria-Wes en eindig by Sinvac House, Pretoria Industrial, waar hulle uitmekaar sal gaan.
Die strate wat geaffekteer word, kan in die verklaring soos hieronder uitgereik, gesien word.
STREETS AFFECTED BY MARCH TOMORROW WEDNESDAY, 05 OCTOBER 2022.
Take note that there will be a march tomorrow, 05 October 2022 by Tshwane Bahlali Dudula.
Purpose: They will be marching against hiring of illegal foreign nationals.
The marchers will gather from 09:00 at an open space in Mica Street and Mercantile Street, Pretoria West.
The route of the march is as follows:
From open space at Mica Street and Mercantile Street they will join Quagga Road and turn left onto Staal Road to reach Nampak and RCL Foods, Pretoria Industrial.
From RCL Foods they will join Staal Road and turn left onto Bessemer Road to reach Sinvac House at 132 Bessemer Road, Pretoria Industrial.
The following intersections will be affected:
- Mercantile Street
- Quagga Road
- Staal Road
- Watt Road
- Bessemer Road
- Edson Road
- Lloyd Street
They are expected to disperse from Sinvac House, Pretoria Industrial at 13:30.
Tshwane Metro Police officers will be deployed to monitor march and all affected streets. Motorists are advised to avoid affected streets and use alternative routes such as:
- Roger Dayson Road
- Industrial Road
- Transoranje Road
