The very last of installations on the bulk supply line of 600mm next to Roodepan have been completed. The contractor is tightening up screws while the Waterworks teams have started opening isolating valves and scourer valves. Riverton purification has been switched on, and line filling will commence in due course. Once both lines have been fully charged, opening of water will start and all areas will start receiving water supply. The Sol Plaatje Municipality would once more would like to thank you all for your cooperation.
