The man who is accused of selling drugs in his house seeks justice after Operation Duldula members ransacked his house in front of police officers and they did nothing about it. 59-year-old Victor Ramerafe poured his heart out after Operation Dudula members accused him of selling drugs in his house.
“My house was ransacked by people not authorised to search my property. The police were spectators who didn’t help me. They only told me to open a case at the Dobsonville police station.
“I served my time in jail. I am a changed man. I have never been arrested since my release in 2010. I am rehabilitated. I don’t know what Operation Dudula members are planning against me. I want Justice,” said Ramerafe.

Ramerafe opened a case against the leader of Operation Dudula Nhlanhla ‘Lux’ Dlamini after his house was ransacked. No drugs were found in the house during the search. Members of the Economic Freedom Fighters accompanied Ramerafe who is alleged to be one of their supporters to the Dobsonville police station.
The EFF might have scored an own goal as Operation Dudula and other members of society see the EFF protecting people who are alleged to be selling drugs. A case was open against Nhlanhla Lux and last week Thursday he was arrested in Parktown shortly after he had a meeting with Khaya FM.
Ramerafe said “I was away when they arrived. On my arrival I saw members of Operation Dudula chanting freedom songs outside and inside my yard. Some, including Dlamini, were inside my house,” said Dlamini.
“My house was ransacked. All my belongings were on the floor. I confronted Dlamini and asked who opened for him. He aggressively responded that they were looking for drugs. They accused me of being a drug dealer.”
