An off-duty officer was filmed where he appeared to be kneeling on the neck of a 12-year-old girl.
The male officer was responding to a fight between two students in the cafeteria at Lincoln Middle School in Wisconsin on 4 March. He reportedly worked as a part-time security guard at the school.
The officer has resigned from his position and was not charged. The girl’s father has called for the officer to be held accountable
The incident is under investigation by both the police department and the school district.
