The former Kaizer Chiefs player Josta Dladla and his wife Thato Bareng have reportedly separated after counter-accusations of cheating and gender-based violence.
Thato is said to have accused Josta of physically abusing her, while Josta accused Thato of sleeping with another boyfriend in their house in the presence of their firstborn child.

As per the Sunday World‘s source, their family friend said Bareng also revealed Josta has been cheating with different women.
“Thato also says Josta belittles her and makes her feel useless. She no longer loves him and has already instructed her lawyers to help her to file for divorce,” said the friend as per Sunday World.
Moreover, the friend also said Thato complained that Josta would mock her in front of family members when they couldn’t see eye to eye and Josta moved out after the fight they had.
“That was the last straw that broke the camel’s back. Thato wants full custody of their three children, two boys and a girl, and wants Josta to maintain them.”

“He (Josta) said it was in fact Thato who was emotionally, psychologically, financially abusive towards him and that prompted him to vacate their matrimonial house.”
“He said she even slept with her boyfriend in their marital house and was caught red-handed by their firstborn child,” the friend added.
