The FC Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez, along with other club’s officials, reportedly travelled to Germany on Tuesday, 1 March to meet Erling Haaland.
Barca are determined to bring the Norwegian to Camp Nou next season as they have been on the chase for quite some time now.

According to Football Espana, Joan Laporta is willing to do anything to bring Haaland and has proposed €190 million contract over a five year period.
Haaland is said to be keen to move from Borussia Dortmund to Spain after in January he alluded to his desire to play in La Liga.
Moreover, Barca held a meeting with Haaland’s agents in December Mino Raiola who demands a three year deal with the option of a further two for his client.

The competition to secure the 21-year-old’s signature will be stiff as Real Madrid are also interested, however, may be somewhat disadvantaged in their pursuit for Kylian Mbappe – who is out of contract at Paris Saint Germain this season.
Manchester United and Manchester City are also understood to be on the queue to make proposals for the Dortmund forward.
