Piere-Emerick Aubameyang has revealed that he would welcome the challenge to fight for the number 9 shirt in the starting line up of FC Barcelona if the Norwegian ends up at Barca.
Rumours have surfaced the media since last season that Barcelona were one of the teams who were striving to secure the signature of Borussia Dortmund star.

Among the forwards that Barca was fascinated by, Aubameyang was the one Spanish giants were able to land in Spain.
The former Arsenal forward says he’s always prepared for a healthy competition.
“[I’m] always prepared for healthy competition… so it would be an honor to play with him if he ends up joining Barça,” Aubameyang told Sport.

“He scores a lot of goals, he has a very good physique and a lot of speed. It’s very rare, because he’s very big, but he runs a lot. It’s incredible,” the Gabon forward continued.
“For his age, he is already one of the best in the world,” concluded Aubameyang.
Aubameyang scored a hatrick for Barcelona over the past weekend in their 4-2 win against Valencia.
