Ralf Rangnick – United win against Leeds, an answer to “divided dressing room” rumours

Last week it was highly reported that Manchester United’s dressing room was divided under coach Ralf Rangnick.


However, Harry Maguire and Marcus Rashford dismissed it.

Rangnick thought Manchester United’s 4-2 triumph against Leeds United was an answer to the talk of a division among players.


“That was the best possible answer the team could give,” he told Sky Sports in the post-match interview.


 “It was perfect with regard to maturity, unity and the best reply that they could give to some articles last week that there was some disruption in the locker room.


“I think a game like this one today you can only win as a team and with the mentality of a team and this was, apart from the three points, the most important thing,” Rangnick added.


Rangnick’s troops next task will be the UEFA Champions League as they’ll be facing Atletico Madrid away on Wednesday.
