The Provincial Organised Crime Detectives are investigating an alleged farm murder.
On Saturday, 12 February 2022 at approximately 20:00 a 87 year old male was found deceased on his plot, just outside Jan Kempdorp.
The deceased has been identified as Ernst Human by the Boere Krisis Aksie-group.
Lt. col. Sergio Kock, police spokesperson, says the deceased, who lived alone, was discovered by a family friend who contacted the police.
The deceased was found in his study with his hands and feet tied and with wounds to his thighs.
At this stage police could not confirm what was allegedly robbed from the premises. A 46 year old female is currently detained for questioning.
