Meet the fifty-eight-year-old who says bodybuilding has given her a sexy body that men decades younger ADORE.
Journalist and model Maggie Chruścicka (58) from Wałcz, Poland, first got into sport when she turned 40 and started participating in tennis, yoga, skiing, swimming and jogging up to five times a week.
Maggie immediately realised how much exercise helped with her mood and two-and-a-half-years ago got into body building. She works out five to six times a week for two hours and can deadlift and squat with 70 kilograms as well as holding the plank position for 17-minutes.
According to Maggie the best thing about bodybuilding is the ‘fit,’ ‘young’ and ‘sexy’ body it has given her – something which she is very proud of and happy to flaunt.
As well as exercising frequently, Maggie eats healthy meals in four-hour intervals which consist of chicken, rice and eggs – which has left her in the shape of her life at the age of 58.
Men decades younger hits on her
It’s no surprise that with her toned UK size eight and 8st 7lb frame, Maggie has been working as a model for the past year after she was spotted following taking part in a professional photoshoot for her 57th birthday.
Maggie shares pictures from her modelling shoots on Instagram where she is inundated with messages from men and women who compliment her incredible physique. She is currently training to compete in a bikini bodybuilding competition with women in their thirties.
The comments Maggie receives which tell her she’s ‘stunning’ and ‘divine’ make her believe that she is the most beautiful, sexy and powerful woman in the world – and she has even been approached by men in their thirties asking to date her, to which she politely declines, saying that whilst it’s nice to be admired, she doesn’t understand why younger men prefer women her age.
“I have been addicted to sport since I was forty-years-old,” said Maggie.
“I quickly noticed that sport is good also for my mind. It helps to manage with stress and makes me happy.
“I started bodybuilding. I have a personal trainer and do my workouts five to six times a week for about two hours and after three years, I am fit but not ready to go and win a bikini fitness competition yet – this is my goal.
“The thing I enjoy the most about it is my fit, shaped, young and sexy body.
She does not understand why men decades younger would be interested in woman her age
“I think I was born with a belief that I am unique – that there is something special inside me. I can’t explain it, but know that it helps me a lot.
“One year ago, I bought for myself as a birthday gift a professional photoshoot. The pictures were wonderful and had to be showed to the world so I did.
“Modelling is my biggest love, in front of the camera I become a different person. Posing and then seeing my photos makes me very, very happy. Apart from this, I just like fashion, and I am good at mixing different styles.
“My fans love my pictures, and I love them. When you read such a nice comment, you smile to yourself and start to believe that you are really the most beautiful, sexy, powerful, classy, interesting woman in the world – and modest, of course. It’s a great feeling.
“They say things like, ‘Your legs like a highway to heaven and your body is perfectly stunning and divine’ and can’t believe that I’m fifty-eight.
“I’ve received advances from men after they’ve seen my pictures. I’m nice and polite, but if somebody breaks the rules I block them at once.
“I block people who send pictures of their private parts, talk about sex or ask me to send them naked photos.
“I don’t understand why men decades younger prefer women at my age, but it’s nice to be adored by them. I will not date a thirty-year-old man.”
Maggie trains six times a week – splitting training sessions to specific areas of her body. She also does cardio as well as weights and practices posing and walking in heels.
You can start your fitness journey at any age
Maggie’s enviable figure often means she is mistaken for being decades younger.
“People often think I’m thirty or forty and they can’t believe that I’m fifty-eight-years-old,” she said.
“Many women tell me that I inspire them. Looking at me, they start to believe that age is just a number.
“You can start your fitness journey at any age. The best way is to begin with a personal trainer and with a friend. You will motivate each other and during breaks, you can talk and laugh.
“After few months, even if you don’t lose weight, you will see that your body and mind are in a better condition.”
