These adorable snapshots show a Great Dane a puppy French bulldog who have matching different coloured eyes.
Andrew and Morgan Placencia, 28, took the footage of their remarkably eyed dogs – Earl, one, and Opal Yogurt, 10 weeks – who both have an eye condition called heterochromia.
The pair each have one eye that is blue because of this and the pups make a striking duo, with each of these being the opposite sided eye from one another.
They have matching different coloured eyes.
In heartwarming pictures and video from their home in Pennsylvania, US, the gentle giant and his tiny sister also appear to be inseparable, even patiently taking turns to be fed treats from the same spoon in one clip.
Opal Yogurt can also be spotted gently nuzzling at Earl as he attempts to snooze, wrapped up and fast asleep with him on a pillow or patiently waiting with her adopted big brother, gazing up at their owners with their wonderfully matching eyes.
It captures life at home for the pair, says Morgan: “Earl is big, dopey, and lazy. He thinks he’s a tiny lap dog who loves cuddles and attention and acts tough but he’s actually a 140-pound baby.
“Opal Yogurt is very smart but she is also dopey like her big brother with no coordination. She also loves attention! When she sleeps at night if she’s not cuddled up against your face or chest she won’t rest until she is!
“The two of them together are like two peas in very differently sized pods! Opi Yogi thinks of Earl as a brother but also a companion. They constantly are together, playing and cuddling with each other.”
