NOORD-KAAP – Die polisie en SANDAF (South African National Defence Force) het twee skole in die Pixley Ka-Seme-distrik besoek om Vrouemaand af te sluit. Bederfpakkies is aan 100 vroulike leerders by die skole oorhandig.

Members of FCS De Aar under the command of Capt Wietz Coetzee participated in the closing event for Womans month on 04 September 2020 in Norvalspont , Colesberg and Kuyasa.
Personnel from the Pixley Ka-seme District office and the SANDF also participated in the event.
Two schools were visited and comfort packs were handed over to 100 female learners at the schools.
The group then proceeded to conduct compliance inspections at businesses and to check for expiry dates of products.
Numerous expired products were seized and confiscated. There was members also public engagement during the visits.
Pamphlets were distributed during the interactions with the learners and general public. The event was attended by the Acting Provincial Commissioner, Maj Gen Mnguni and the Pixely Ka-Seme District Commander, Brig Adonis.
