Die polisie in Lulekani doen ‘n beroep op die gemeenskap om hulp in hul poging om ‘n seuntjie met sy familie te herenig.

Matome Mathebula, tussen die ouderdom van vyf en sewe jaar oud, is op 7 Mei ongeveer 13:00 deur ‘n verbyganger raakgesien. Die voorlopige ondersoek dui daarop dat die seun saam met sy ma, Nkateko Mathebula, per taxi gereis het om by sy pa te gaan kuier. Sy pa het hom nie by die taxistaanplek opgetel nie en kan nie opgespoor word nie.

POLOKWANE – The police in Lulekani outside Phalaborwa require public assistance to reunite a lost child with his family.

It is alleged that Matome Mathebula aged between five and seven years was found by a passer-by while roaming the streets of Lulekani location today, 07 May 2020 at about 13h00.

Preliminary investigations revealed that Matome boarded a taxi assisted by his mother, Nkateko Mathebula from Matiko-Xikaya to visit his father, Lebo Ramano at Lulekani location. His father never arrived to fetch him at the taxi rank and cannot be located.

The lost boy is alleged to be a scholar at Shiphamela Primary School in the Lulekani policing precinct.
