PORT NOLLOTH – Die polisie op Port Nolloth het glo gister op ‘n 42-jarige vrou se liggaam in ‘n woonstel afgekom. ‘n Man (54) is as gevolg van pyn inderhaas hospitaal toe geneem, waar hy later oorlede is.

Die polisie is besig met ‘n ondersoek om vas te stel wat die paartjie se dood veroorsaak het. Brig Mohale Ramatseba, polisiewoordvoerder, sê twee leë tuisgemaakte bottels bier is vir forensiese toetse gestuur.

INQUEST AFTER DEATH OF LOVERS

Police in Port Nolloth are investigating the death of a man and a woman in Port Nolloth.

It is alleged a 42 year old woman was found dead in a flat and  a 54 year old man was found writhing with pain yesterday. The man was rushed to the local Hospital where he later died.

Inquest docket has been opened to determine the cause of their death. Two empty bottles of homemade brew  have  been seized  for forensic tests.

Next of kin of the deceased have been notified and have been identified as Alyda Fouche(42) and Tony Edward Hilliar(54).

Police investigation continues.
