UK has been brave enough to scrap all Covid travel measures including the passenger locator and Covid testing regardless of vaccination status.
Grant Shapps, the Secretary of State for Transport in the UK confirmed on Twitter that the rules would end at 04:00 on Friday, 18 March.

Mr. Shapps tweeted: “These changes are possible due to our vaccine rollout and mean greater freedom in time for Easter.”
It’s reported that Scotland and Wales agreed with England to get rid of the coronavirus border measures.
However, Wales was hesitant in doing so as their Health Minister Eluned Morgan said she was “extremely disappointed” that testing requirements and the passenger location form were being ditched.

The fully-vaccinated people were already no longer required to test upon their arrival in the UK since February and this led to a campaign for all remaining rules to be canceled.
However, people who’re planning to travel to other European countries must still be aware of the entry rules there.
