WhatsApp is rolling out new updates for its app with several new useful features that was previously only available to beta users.
This includes a new voice note functionality that will allow users to pause and resume voice recordings. The feature will allow users to listen to, delete and continue recording a voice note when interrupted before sending it.
WhatsApp is developing a new feature that will allow iOS users to react to messages using an emoji similar to the feature in Facebook Messenger, you will be able to “like” or “heart” messages sent by other users.
WhatsApp is also developing a feature that will allow you to “migrate” your chat history from Android to iOS and vice versa.
WhatsApp is also developing security changes to make two-step verification more manageable for users which will include the ability to enable or disable two-step verification on the web/desktop client.
