Many South Africans are saddened by Pecks Anchovette and Redro fishpaste that will no longer be available on the shelves.
1x can of sardines (keep the sauce) 120 g
1x can of anchovies (oil discarded) 50 g
1x tablespoon tomato puree
Beat very well in a food processor and add sardine sauce to get a more spreadable spread, if necessary.
