On Thursday, 30 December 2021 at about 11: 45 a 24 year old man was arrested for being in possession of drugs.
While conducting a stop and search at Kathu park the provincial team comprising of ORS, Kimberley POP, Kimberley K9 , TRT and Kathu SAPS arrested the male suspect for being in possession of 81 mandrax tablets with an estimated value of R6480-00 and 0,463 grams hydro dagga.
The suspect will be appearing in the Kathu Magistrates Court soon for being in possession of drugs.
Disruptive actions of this nature will continue during this period and beyond.
