Police Minister Bheki Cele lamblasts Khehla Sitole for being missing in action leading to Jacob Zuma’s incarceration

The Police Minister Bheki Cele, said, he foresaw the problems leading up to Zuma’s incarceration, and purposely went to Nkandla to make attempts in defusing the tense situation.

Cele was on the stand at the Human Rights Commission hearings into the July unrest, which resulted in the deaths of more than 300 people dead.
