Ex-cop Brad Nathanson says he would have shot Len Cloete in the head too.
Former police Brad Nathanson says on his Facebook page Brad Nathanson Investigations, he would have reacted in same manner the police acted by shooting Len Cloete if he were in their shoes.
This incident which happened at the Misty Hills Lodge in Muldersdrift this past weekend aggravated varying emotions as the video of the shooting leaked to the media. In the video, Len Cloete can be seen engulfed in a heated verbal altercation with police. In the video he is heard exclaiming words in aggressively “Waar is my gun?’ (where is my gun?)
” I would have shot him, likely in the head, so as to immobilise him and to protect myself from being shot along with my colleagues ” said Nathanson.
Nathanson also also mention that the whole ordeal is indeed tragic and wish Cloete a speedy recovery.
