During the past year, our lives has seen many changes taking place which have led many of us to feel a sense of perpetual exhaustion and burnout.

Zoom Fatigue

The luckiest among us have been able to work from home during the pandemic and now spend our days looking at a screen and communicating mostly through video calls. This has led to something called “Zoom fatigue”, where our brains are exhausted from overstimulation.

Aside from the eye strain that comes from staring at a screen all day, our sense of space has been disrupted by video calls with everyone being much closer than they were in a pre-pandemic meeting.
