HONG KONG, CHINA – Hong Kong stocks ended the morning slightly higher Tuesday as vaccine hopes and news that Joe Biden can now start his White House transition were tempered by fears over a spike in virus cases in the city.
The Hang Seng Index edged up 0.05 percent, or 12.47 points, to 26,498.67.
