KURUMAN. – ’n Buitelandse burger (28) is gister hier in verband met dwelmhandel in hegtenis geneem. Die polisie het gisteroggend omstreeks 09:00 op die R31-pad ’n soekbevel by ’n motorwassery uitgevoer. By een van die wasplekke het die lede dagga ter waarde van R73 970 en kontant ter waarde van R1 577 gekonfiskeer.

The joint team comprising of Kimberley K-9 unit and JTG Cluster Crime Intelligence continued their efforts in clamping down on drug dealers when they executed a search warrant at 9:00 this morning on the R31 road at a car wash.
At one of the wash bays the members found dagga worth R73 970 and cash amounting to R1 577-00.
A 28 year old foreign male suspect was arrested for Dealing in Dagga and will soon appear in the Kuruman Magistrates court. The joint team was commended by Brig Nicky Mills for their unabated efforts in removing drugs from society.
