MOTHIBISTAD – Ditebogo Congratulation Kalakgosi (25) is op 3 Junie 2020 deur die Mothibistad-landdroshof tot 25 jaar tronkstraf vir die verkragting van ’n 19-jarige vrou, gevonnis.
Kalakgosi en ’n vriend het die vrou in September 2016 by Batlharos, net buite Kuruman, verkrag nadat hulle haar menigmale met ’n mes gesteek het.

A 25 year old Ditebogo Congratulation Kalakgosi was sentenced to 25 years imprisonment for rape by Mothibistad Regional court today, 03 June 2020.
It is Reported that in September 2016 Ditebogo and his friend raped a 19 year old woman at Batlharos village outside Kuruman.
The victim was with her boyfriend when they met the two culprits. The boyfriend ran away to save his life after he was threatened with a knife.
The victim was stabbed several times with a knife before she was raped.
Later on Ditebogo was arrested.
The Kuruman Family violence Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit Commander Captain Caren Nel applauded investigating officer Warrant Officer Tebogo Phillip Nowalaza for his marvelous investigation. The JTG cluster Commander Major General Johan Bean and FCS provincial Commander Brigadier Nicky Mills commended NPA and the department of Justice to co-operate with the police in ensuring that justice is served.
