KURUMAN – Die polisie op Kuruman het onder leiding van kol. Ben Phete die strate van die middestad ingevaar. Die polisiede wou seker maak die gemeenskap gehoorsaam die wet op rampbestuur.

KURUMAN – In order to ensure that members of the community comply with the National Disaster Management Regulations at malls and shopping complexes, on the streets and at the taxi ranks, Kuruman SAPS, under the command of the Vispol head, colonel Ben Phete, conducted foot patrols in the CBD of Kuruman.
During the visits colonel Phete used a loud hailer to convey and spread the information regarding social distancing and the wearing of masks in public and compliance thereof.
The station commander of Kuruman SAPS, brigadier Kenneth Baloyi, applauded and thanked all communities who are complying to the regulations.
Brigadier Baloyi further issued a stern warning to community members not complying with these rules and regulations that they will face the full might of the law.
