Double murder accused Mandla Msibi to face ANC Integrity Commission

Former Mpumalanga Agriculture MEC, Mandla Msibi (who is in court facing murder charges) will soon have to face the ANC Integrity Commission over the matter.

This was confirmed by the commission chairperson, George Mashamba, who stated that they want Msibi to make submissions and account for the charges.

Mandla Msibi appeared in the Nelspruit Magistrate’s Court on Thursday for the third day of his bail hearing. Msibi was charged with two counts of murder and one charge of attempted murder.

His bail hearing was heard for the third day running on Thursday after proceedings on Wednesday were adjourned after a bomb scare. No bomb was found and police have confirmed that they will be charging those who made the false alarm.
