KIMBERLEY. – Die polisie in Galeshewe ondersoek ’n saak van poging tot moord nadat ’n 47-jarige man by sy huis in Chris Hanipark in Galeshewe in sy bors geskiet is. Op Vrydag 28 Augustus 2020 omstreeks 20:00 het die verdagtes na bewering by die huis van die slagoffers opgedaag, hom na buite geroep en hom in die bors geskiet.

The police in Galeshewe are investigating a case of attempted murder after a 47-year-old man was shot in the chest at his home in Chris Hani Park in Galeshewe. On Friday, 28 August 2020 at about 8pm the suspects allegedly arrived at the victims house, called him outside and shot him in the chest. The suspect/s were allegedly traveling in a white bakkie with dark tinted windows.
The victim sought assistance at a nearby garage in Barkly Road, Kimberley. The victim is currently in a very serious condition, in the Intensive Care Unit at a local hospital in Kimberley. No arrests have been effected and police request that anyone with information can call D/Sgt Stephen Wax on 082 469 1728. The investigation continues.
